Noga Matcha Ltd distributes food products intended for consumption.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consumer Terms (B2C)

Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation.

Prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated and may be subject to VAT.

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, starting from the day of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.

Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Our liability to consumers is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

Privacy & Data Protection

We collect personal data necessary to process orders and manage customer relationships, including: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment information.

Legal basis: Data is processed on the basis of contract performance (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interest (to manage our customer relationships). Marketing communications are only sent with your explicit consent.

Data retention: Personal data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for up to 5 years thereafter for legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights: Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to the processing of your personal data.

B2B Terms

These terms apply to professional clients (cafés, hotels, retailers, distributors).

Orders are subject to written confirmation.
Minimum quantities may apply.
Pricing is based on agreed consolidated volume.
If volume commitments are not met, pricing may be adjusted.
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are agreed in advance. Late payment may suspend deliveries.
Ownership of goods remains with Noga Matcha Ltd until full payment is received.
Risk transfers upon delivery.

Food products must be stored properly (cool, dry, away from light).

Quality claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.

Opened or improperly stored products cannot be returned.

Noga Matcha Ltd is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

Professional buyers are responsible for compliance with local food regulations, labeling laws, and resale requirements in their territory.

Traceability documentation is available upon request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
